ePSXe Running Bios But Running ISOs Result in Black Screen

I've been trying to run ePSXe 2.5.0 for the past few days now with no luck. I have gotten the bios running fine but I'm still getting just a black screen when I try to run games.

Here's some info on my computer specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520
CPU Intel Core i5
RAM: 12 GB

Any help would be appreciated.
